A farmer was killed on his farm by suspected Fulani herders. Attempts by operatives of the Oyo Security Outfit, Operation Burst to foil the attack resulted in more injuries and deaths. The operatives were ambushed when they went to foil the attack. A source reported that many were killed. It is assumed at least 10 people lost their lives in the encounter. |
